1. What NoUploadTools is

These terms govern your use of nouploadtools.com and the tool submission form. They do not govern your use of any tool listed in the directory — each listed tool has its own terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

2. Using this site

You may use this site to discover, filter, and link out to browser-based tools. No account is required. The site is free to use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or crawl this site in a way that disrupts service for other users
• Attempt to access any part of the site's infrastructure beyond normal browsing
• Misuse the submission form — for example, submitting spam, malicious URLs, or tools you do not have the right to submit
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to block access from any IP or user agent that abuses the site.

3. Submitting tools

Anyone may submit a tool for consideration via the submission form. By submitting a tool you confirm that:

• The tool genuinely qualifies for the features you have ticked (no upload, open source, zero login, etc.)
• You have the right to submit the tool — either because it is your own, open source, or a publicly available third-party tool
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The tool URL does not contain malware, phishing content, or illegal material

Submitting a tool does not guarantee listing. We review every submission and may reject or remove listings at our sole discretion — including if a tool's privacy claims do not hold up on inspection, or if a tool's practices change after listing.

We may edit submitted descriptions for clarity, length, or accuracy. We will not materially misrepresent what a tool does.

There is no payment for listings. Listing is free and at our discretion. We do not sell featured placement.

4. Third-party tools in the directory

We curate the directory carefully, but we are a link directory — not an endorsement platform. Listing a tool means we verified it met our criteria at the time of review. It does not mean:

• We have audited the tool's source code in full
• We guarantee the tool will remain private or functional in future
• We are responsible for any data you share with a listed tool
• The tool is officially affiliated with or endorsed by NoUploadTools

Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Read them before uploading sensitive documents to any tool, including those listed here.

If you discover that a listed tool does not behave as described, please contact us at write@digiwares.xyz. We take these reports seriously and will investigate and update or remove the listing promptly.

5. Intellectual property

The NoUploadTools name, logo, and site design are owned by Digiwares. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Listing a tool in this directory does not transfer any ownership rights.

If you are a tool owner and believe your tool has been listed incorrectly or you want it removed, email write@digiwares.xyz and we will act within 7 days.

6. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that:

• The directory is complete or includes the best available tools in any category
• Listed tools will function as described at any given time
• The site will be available without interruption
• Information about listed tools is current — tool features, pricing, and privacy practices change

We are a directory. We link to tools. We are not responsible for what happens when you use them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digiwares and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any tool listed in the directory.

This includes but is not limited to: data loss, file corruption, privacy breaches caused by third-party tools, or business losses arising from using a listed tool.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware), where Digiwares is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at write@digiwares.xyz. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against NoUploadTools or Digiwares.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Material changes — such as a new restriction on how the site may be used — will be noted at the top of this page for 30 days after the change.
