This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it. NoUploadTools is operated by Digiwares. Contact: write@digiwares.xyz.
2. What we collect
We collect a small amount of data, described in full below.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or advertising network on this site.
3. What we don't collect
This is a directory site — we link to tools, we don't run them. That means:
- We never receive any file you upload to a listed tool. That happens between you and that tool's servers (or your own browser — which is the whole point).
- We do not collect payment information. There is no paid tier on this site.
- We do not create user accounts. There is no login system.
- We do not place advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
4. Supabase and tool submissions
When you submit a tool via the submission form, your data is sent to our Supabase database. Supabase is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region.
Your submission data is used only to:
- Review your tool against our listing criteria
- Notify you by email when the tool is approved or rejected
- Display approved listing details on the directory
We do not use your submission email for marketing. You will receive one notification email about your submission and nothing further unless you contact us.
To request deletion of your submission data, email write@digiwares.xyz with the tool URL and email address you submitted. We will delete the record within 7 days and confirm by reply.

5. Vercel and hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel automatically logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, URL, response time) for security and infrastructure purposes. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not accessible to us in identifiable form.

6. Cookies
We use no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. The only cookies this site may set are:
- Session/functional cookies — set by the browser for standard operation. These contain no personal data and expire when you close the tab.
You can block all cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.
7. Third-party tools listed in the directory
NoUploadTools lists and links to third-party tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of tools listed in our directory. Each tool operates independently and has its own privacy policy.
We verify that listed tools process files locally or are transparent about their data handling before approving them. However, we cannot guarantee ongoing accuracy as third-party tools change. If you believe a listed tool misrepresents its privacy behaviour, please contact us so we can investigate and update or remove the listing.

8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws including GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, PDPA (Thailand), or CCPA (California). These may include:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your data
- Objection — object to our processing of your data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
Given the minimal data we hold, a deletion request can typically be fulfilled in full. To exercise any right, email write@digiwares.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our form, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes — such as adding a new data collection type — will be noted in a brief changelog at the top of the page for 30 days after the change.
Your continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
